Paul Bryan is the Senior Pastor and School Administrator for LCA's three campuses; LCA Middle School and North Daycare, LCA Elementary School and South Daycare, and LCA High School .
Pastor Paul became Senior Pastor of The Lighthouse Church on Jan. 1. 2008.Prior to that, Pastor Paul served as Assistant Pastor for three and one half years. Prior to that,he was a District Supervisor for Eckerd Drug Stores ( now CVS) and a District Manager for Family DollarStores.
Pastor Paul and Labecka have three children, Seyla, Zoe, and Joy.

Mark Mueller serves as Pastor of our Worship and Arts Department, and is also responsible to oversee all Pastoral care. He spent over twenty years as a member of our praise team, and participated in many dramas and musical productions. Mark earned his B.A. at Warner Southern College and worked on his Master's Degree at Anderson University School of Theology. He has served Full time at TLC since July 2006. Prior to that he served as worship leader on a part time basis for fourteen years.
Pastor Deanna Mueller is Assistant Pastor of The Lighthouse Church and Assistant Administrator of Lighthouse Christian Academy. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Education from Illinois State University. She is an ordained Pastor through the Church of God, Anderson. She leads the women's encounters and the women's ministry, assists Pastor Mark in the music ministry, and assists Pastor Paul in both the church and school. They have two teen agers.

Executive Pastor Dave Walker served as Senior Pastor of the Lighthouse Church from Nov. 1979 until Dec. 31, 2007 at which time decided to step down from all the responsibilities of that position, because of his age. He remains a part of the Pastoral staff now serving as Pastor Paul's Executive Pastor and Business Manager for both the Lighthouse Church and Lighthouse Christian Academy and Day Care Centers.
Prior to entering the ministry he had taught high school in both public and private schools and taught college. He also served in management positions with both North American Van Lines and United Technologies Corp.
He earned his B.A. and M.S. at St. Francis College and finished almost all of his Doctor of Education Degree from Ball State University. Pastor Walker and his wife Jean have six children, 16 grandchildren, and three great grandchildren

Jean Walker serves as Minister of Prayer for the Lighthouse. She is married to Pastor Dave Walker and has been a member at the Lighthouse since 1979. She is a homemaker who thoroughly enjoys spending a lot of time in prayer and worship. She also helps lead the women's small group ministry, coordinates the emergency prayer chain. and is organizing our church's "24/7 prayer push", in which various members agree to pray for an hour at a certain time each week with the ultimate goal having continuing prayer from those in our church 24/7
James Irving is the Children's Pastor and oversees all the children's ministries of the Lighthouse Church. He has been a member of the Lighthouse since he was eight years old. He also teaches in our high school. Our Children's Ministry is XLR8, which stands for helping our children excellerate in spiritual growth, soul-winning, discipleship, and joy in the Lord. This is accomplished in Children's Church and through various other fun, yet inspiring activities. Our children are experiencing God in the children's encounters and there is a freshness and joy in their worship and a great increase in their desire to pray.
The purpose of Children's Church and the XLR8 program is "Discipling Children to Reach the World."

Pastor Lou Castriota has served as a Pastor for over ten years. He joined our staff in Dec. 2005. He believes in the Great Commission, which is to "GO AND MAKE DISCIPLES". His mission and passion is to reach beyond the walls of the church and minister to the lost and encourage the church to do likewise. Winning souls and making disciples is our God-given mission on this earth. Pastor Castriota organizes outreaches to reach the lost in Deland and the surrounding areas. Pastor Don Iverstine serves as our Pastor of Men's Discipleship and does maintence work on our schools and church. Don believes that through the Principle of the 12 vision God will bring a great revival. Through the vision great leaders are raised up that will change the world, by attending cell groups and encounters.

Pastor Lenny Fancher serves as the LUV TEAM Youth Pastor at TLC. He has been a member of the Lighthouse since 1996 and has served as head usher and senior commander of the Royal Rangers. He is a commissioned pastor with the Church of God Anderson and is working on his ordination. Pastor Lenny works full time as a HVAC Technician where he holds several different certifications. He is dedicated to reaching the youth of our community for Jesus Christ. His wife Brandy has worked for LCA for 10 years and now works part time at the church office. They have two sons Cole and Austin.
