Pastor Deanna Mueller’s Bio

Pastor Deanna Mueller has served the Lord and His sheep at The Lighthouse Church for nearly 24 years. While she has a rich heritage and experience in the leadership aspect of various ministries at The Lighthouse, she is passionate in the pursuit of intimacy with God and receiving His fresh vision for our future.

Pastor Dee began ministry at The Lighthouse in the fall of 1984, teaching a third and fourth grade combination class for six years. She completed her Master’s Degree in Education in 1985 from Illinois State University. With a heart for music and worship, Dee joined the praise team under the direction of Cindy Mangsen and played the flute. Mark was also on the praise team. It was God’s will for them to marry in 1986, and they’ve been serving together in the music ministry ever since.

During the decade of the 90’s the Lord called Dee to minister in several different areas as Minister of Prayer, Sunday school teacher, Choir Director, Director of Drama, and assisting others in Women’s Ministry and in an outreach to the Projects in DeLand. In 1999, with the support of Pastor Dave and Mark, Dee was licensed through the Church of God and later ordained in 2002. Pastor Deanna served as chaplain at Lighthouse Christian Academy Middle and High School for two years before receiving the call to oversee the women’s encounter weekends as Minister of Women’s Discipleship. The past three years have been both exciting and fruitful as she has seen many women come to Christ and as she has witnessed the release of women into their ministry call both locally and globally. Her heart’s desire is to know Him and be a revealer of His heart to all nations. She is dedicated to equip the Body of Christ at The Lighthouse to fulfill their calling to bring salvation, healing, and deliverance to the community and beyond.

Pastor Deanna and Pastor Mark are the parents of two terrific teenagers, Jessica and Andrew. They are also grateful for their parents, Pastor Dave and Jean Walker, who have encouraged and blessed them beyond measure with prayer, support, and encouragement.

We have been given an incredible gift to live on the earth at this time to see the purposes of God accomplished in this generation: that men and women, boys and girls would come into an intimate relationship with God and that his kingdom would advance throughout the earth.

Words cannot adequately convey all I feel as we stand on the threshold of this new season. I am deeply humbled and very excited about the opportunity to assist, support, and serve Pastors Paul and Labecka. I desire to be a vessel in which God may flow with His life and revelation, to see each of you have a vibrant relationship with the Lord, and to see you equipped and released into the gifting and callings that God has for you. It is my joy to serve you and I covet your prayers for Pastor Mark and I and our children.
